1.  Create a new project with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and fill #3D464F




2.  Now Select the Polygonal Lasso Tool (L) and make shape like as below

6.  Now You will get a Plane Shape like as below


7.  Open layer style and select Inner shadow for set the shadow like as below




8.  Make a New layer and cut it like as below and fill the Pink color #ED0A5A




9.  Open layer style and select Inner shadow for set the shadow like as below




10.  Make again a shape on right side and fill color #ED0A5A and set inner shadow like as below
