This tutorial has photoshop instructions to draw a Free photoshop tutorial tricks to make blue color chrome text effect. 

[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.

[2] Fill the Background with the black colour as in the image below.

[3] Write any text with the white colour i have taken this one.

[4] Press Cntrl A Then press Cntrl+Shift+C to copy merged.

[5] Goto channel make a new layer and paste it .

[6] Make the copy of the Channel Alpha 1 and give the blur to it as in the image below.

[7] Your image will be like this.

[8] Make Selection while pressing Alpha 1 with the Cntrl Key.

[9] Press Cntrl C and paste it in a new layer and you image will be like this.

[10] Now Goto Filter>Render>Lightning effect
and apply these settings which are given below.

[11] Your image will be like this.

[12] Now goto Curves and these settings which are below.

[13] Your image will be like this.

[14] Now Press Cntrl U and give these reading which are given below.

[15] Your image will be like this.

[16] Make selection and the
colour which is given below in
a new layer.

 

[17] Goto Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates and apply these setting which are given below.

[18] Goto Filter>Stylize>Wind and apply these setting which are given below.

[19] Your image will be like this.

[20] Now goto filter>distort>polar coordinates and apply these settings which are given below.

[21] Your image will be like this.

[22] Now goto Filter>Distort>Ripple and your image will be like this.

[23] Make the copy of the layer.

[24] Now apply the Blending mode which are given below.

[25] Your image will be as beautiful as mine.
