I Use This Image.

Step 1: Simple Press Ctrl + J Copy Layer.

And Hide Copy Layer.

Step 2 : Select Background Layer Go to Image > Adjustments >Hue/Sturation

Hue/Suration Settion.

After Image.

Show Hide Layer.

                 

Step 3 :Go to Edit >Transform >Scale

And Adjust Scale.

Good.

Select Move tool.

And Adjust image.

Step 4 : Go to Layer Penal FX Button > Stroke

Following  Stroke Setting.

Drop shadow And OK.

Here We Are Final Result.
