[1]-First of all Open New Document of Custom size,Height & Width 400×400 pixels,Resolution 72 & Mode RGB Color

[2]-Now Open New Layer & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool

[3]-Now fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay & use the following settings

[4]-Now create the following selection with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool & your image should look like as shown below

[5]-Now Open New Layer & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending Options,select Gradient Overlay

[6]-Now select stroke Structure & use the following settings

[7]-Now your image should look like as shown below & then create the following Shape with the help of ‘Ellipse Tool’

[8]-Now set the 1px Brush & then Open New Layer, select Pen Tool,right click & then select Stroke Path

[9]-Now use the following settings in Stroke Path

[10]-Now your image should look like as shown below

[11]-Now just like above steps create the following shape with the help of Ellipse Tool

[12]-Now create the any Text with the help of Text Tool & then create the following selection with the help of Elliptical
Marquee Tool

[13]-Now Open New Layer [this Layer should below all Layers] & then fill the selection with any color & then go to Blending
Options,select Inner Shadow & use the following settings
