Free photoshop tutorial how to create Effect of Blast or burst of light.

[1]- First of all open a new document size=417x342 pixel

96
resolution,RGBcolor mode

[2]- Here press the "D" key on your keyboard now

go
to Filter>Render>Clouds .As shown below

[3]- Now go to Filter>Noise> Add Noise

and use the following
settings

[4]- Now again Go to Filter>Render>Lighting effects

and
use the following settings. As shown below

[5]-Your image should look like this

[6]- Go to Filter>Pixelate>Mezzotint=Type -Short lines

[7]-Here at last go to Filter>Blur>Radial Blur

use the
following settings

[8]- Press the Ctrl+F and now your

image should look like this

[9]- Press the Ctrl+U for Hue/Saturation

and use the following
setting

[10]- Your image has been completed.
