[1] Take a new file of 400 pixels 400 pixels of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode. [2] Go to Filter>Render>Clouds and then Filter>Render>Difference Clouds. [3] Go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare, we want to apply atlest 15 Lens Flare as shown image below. [4] Your image should be look like this. [5] Then go to Filter>Distort>Polar Coordinates use these settings. [6] Your image look like this. [7] Then select the Elliptical Marquee Toolhold shift and make a nice selection circle like below. [8] Now you got the circle press Cntl+C to copy the circle ball Make a New Layer and press Cntl+V paste the ball into that layer. [9] Delete the old background layer and add a new background layer and choose the color to use. [10] Go to Edit>Free Transform move the circle back into the center as shown image below. [11] Now we add some color to our galaxy ball Press Cntl+U apply these settings. [12] Your image should be look like this. [13] And now make the copy of Layer1. [14] Set the Layer1 copy Blending Mode to Color Dodge as shown fig below. [15] Your image should be look like this. [16] Now select the Layer 1. [17] And now go to Blending Options apply these settings. [18] There you go, here is my final Galaxy Ball.
