[13] Make the multiple copy of the layer as I have done and your image will be like this.

[14] Press Cntrl+Shift+I to inverse the selection.

[15] Press Delete and your image will be like.

[16] Give a gussian blur of the reading given below.

[17] Take the brush of the settings which are given below.

[18] Apply the brush and your image will be like this.
